Shipping and Returns

Shipping:
1. Free shipping will be offered for the first 3 months after the store's opening date.
2. After the initial 3 months, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Orders will be processed and shipped within 6 to 10 business days.
4. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or shipping carrier issues.
Returns:
1. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the item.
2. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
4. Returns will be inspected for damage or discrepancies from the customer's report.
5. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the product, excluding shipping fees.
6. Accepted return reasons include: wrong color, wrong size, wrong design, damaged item, or similar issues.
7. All returns will be cross-referenced with the original order to verify discrepancies.
8. If the error is found to be with the customer's order, a store credit for future purchases may be offered. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the replacement order.
Exclusions:
1. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
2. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or incorrect due to our error.
3. Returns attempting to exploit the policy will not be honored. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
**Fraud Prevention:**
1. We take fraud prevention seriously and will investigate suspicious activity.
2. Any attempt to manipulate our policies for personal gain will be reported and legal action may be taken.
3. Documentation of the return, including photographs, may be required to process a refund or replacement.
